Dr. Nicholas Sachse
Dr. Nicholas Sachse graduated from the University of Central Arkansas where he met his wife, Casie, a Conway native. After graduating he enlisted in the Army where he served 4 years on active duty which included a deployment to Iraq. Upon completing his time on active duty he moved back to Conway with Casie and their then-1-year-old (Mallory) and returned to UCA to obtain a Masters degree in Biology while serving in the Army Reserve. During this time the Sachse family was blessed with their second child (Tessa).
Dr. Sachse then obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry. During his studies, Dr. Sachse and Casie would participate in service trips to underdeveloped countries where they quickly realized their calling to full time medical missions.
Immediately after graduation the Sachse family moved to Jamaica to work with Mission of Sight, a non-profit organization that is called to the recovery of sight for the island nation. After 3 years of international living and serving, the Sachse family came home to Conway and Dr. Sachse joined Patterson Eye Care.
